Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
- Items must be undamaged.
- Items must have all tags attached and be in their original packaging.
- Items must be returned to our returns center.

Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are unable to process exchanges at this time. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please refer to our return policy and follow that process.
Do you offer free returns?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free returns. Any return shipping costs are at your own expense.
What if my product is defective?
We are sorry to hear that you received a defective product. No problem. Email our customer service team at email@example.com with pictures of the defective product within 30 days of purchase and we will contact you to resolve the issue.
How long will it take to process my return?
We make every effort to process your return as quickly as possible. But in some cases, it may take up to 21 days after receiving your return for your refund to be processed. If you have not received a refund after 30 days of returning the item(s), please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with proof of postage information from your return receipt and we will investigate further.
How can I track the status of my return?
Once your return is received by our warehouse team, you will receive an email notification. You will also then receive an email from us stating that your refund has been processed. Please note that depending on the card issuer, it may take 3-5 business days for the payment to appear in your account
